About the Practice

These sexual alchemy practices have improved the sex lives, health, and emotional grounding for countless men over a thousand years. Each two-hour session introduces a slightly different practice and may include movement, breathing, meditation, or practice with your own touch. Beginners are always welcome.

The vibe will be warm and supportive of everyone being in their own process, with hugs and camraderie welcome. This is also a clothing optional event. Recognizing that exploring one's own sexual energy in the company of others can be challenging for some men, there will be no sexual contact of any kind between participants. This is a space to encounter, strengthen, and channel your own inner sexual energy. You will be able to connect more deeply with partners, but it will not be practiced here.

These practices combine the chi-kung and the neidan immortality practices, as popularized by Mantak Chia and Michael Winn, will enable you to shift your health into high gear. Practices covered include:

  • Multi-orgasmic practice

  • Genital health

  • Avoiding premature ejaculation

  • Semen retention

  • Microcosmic Orbit to open internal energy pathways

  • Testicle breathing

  • Transforming sexual energy into spiritual energy

  • Emotional alchemy and balance

  • Breathing/EMDR to release stuck grief, fear, anger, and shame.

Straight, Gay, Bi, and Queer Men All Welcome

This is a brave space for all men, of any sexuality to learn to work with their own energy. While this work can be very stimulating, and it will be clothing optional, there will be no sexual touch of any kind between participants.

Cost is $30 sliding scale. No one refused for inability to pay. Please register in advance; as cost goes up to $50 at the door, if there is space.
